🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement, including purchase orders and contracts.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for cost, quality, and delivery.
• Conduct vendor evaluations, monitor supplier performance.
• Negotiate vendor terms and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain records.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Provide reports on costs, procurement activities, and supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate records for audit, stay updated with relevant regulations and ensure proper reporting

🛠 Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Supply Chain.
📈 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain mgmt. experience (retail/FMCG/health/beauty preferred).
💻 Proficient in procurement tools and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Power BI and Advances Excel is a requirement for this role
🤝 Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Prepare financial statements and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, and GCC regulations.
• Manage audits and implement internal controls.
• Standardize processes, drive automation (Oracle/SAP).
• Mentor accounting teams and align with business goals.
• Oversee inventory valuation for Retail & F&B.

🛠 Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Finance (Master’s/CPA/CMA preferred).
📈 8–10 years in accounting (3+ managerial).
💻 ERP expertise (Oracle/SAP) and GCC regulations knowledge. Familiarity with Power BI / advanced Excel (Macros) is a plus

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial planning, analysis, reporting, compliance, and advisory.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management
• Manage finance teams and mentor across locations.
• Financial accounting (IFRS) and strong understanding of UAE & KSA labor law, taxation and other regulations (mandatory)

💻 Proficient in financial management, medical software, and MS Office.
🤝 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
📜 Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Clinic Manager may need to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to meet the operational needs of the clinic.
