Required for FREELANCE Part-time, project-to-project based payment work by an International Construction Consultancy Firm


- Architect and Landscape Design Engineer (Chartership is MANDATORY)

- Fire Fighting Design Engineer (Chartership & Approvals from Fire Dept. are MANDATORY)

- Instrument Control – Software Developer / Engineer (Chartership & Python Expr. is MANDATORY)

- Facade Design Engineer (Chartership is preferred)

- Structural Design Engineer (Chartership is preferred)

- Plumbing & Sanitary Design Engineer (Chartership is preferred)

- Retrofit Specialist Design Engineers (Chartership is preferred)

- PD&MS Design Engineer (Chartership is preferred)

- Revit Design Engineer (Chartership is preferred)

- BIM Design Engineer (Chartership is preferred)

- Interior Designer (Chartership is preferred)

- VR / AR / XR Design Engineer (Chartership is preferred)

- Software Developer / Engineer (Chartership is preferred)

- Hospitals & Clinics (Medical Facilities) Planning Engineer (Chartership is preferred)

- Planning & Scheduling Officer (Primavera Certification is MANDATORY)

- Contracts & Tenders Officer

- Project Coordinator / Admin

- QA/QC Officer

- QS Officer

- Procurement Officer

- Technical Writer for Construction Industry

- HR Coordinator


Mandatory for all roles:

- Min. Qual. Bachelors degree

- Min. Expr. of 3 years in Construction Industry

- English Proficiency test : IELTS -or- TOEFL -or- equivalent

- Instrument Control – Software Developer / Engineer:

---Expr. of 5 years in Python Coding

---MATLAB & SimuLink experience will be an advantage


--- Attested Chartership of an authority of any country is acceptable.
