Job Scope:

Al-Zour Engineering is looking for an experienced Pricing Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for our projects and helping develop pricing strategies that ensure both competitiveness and profitability. Pricing engineer will work closely with our project managers, procurement and engineering teams to collect the necessary data for cost estimation and pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities of the Pricing Engineers:
-Develop accurate cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials and other related expenses.
-Prepare pricing strategies that align with market trends and company objectives.
-Analyze market conditions, material costs and competitor pricing to adjust strategies.
-Review tenders and contracts to determine appropriate pricing models.
-Provide cost breakdowns and pricing justifications for internal and external stakeholders.
-Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure profitability and cost control.
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, cost estimation, or related roles.
-Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and pricing models.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other cost estimation software.
-Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (spoken and written).
