Job Title : Client Coordinator and Office Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated *Client Coordinator and Office Assistant* to join our team. This role involves managing the client data, calling to identify and filter interested clients and cross market the products. In addition, the candidate will handle various office administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Engage with existing and prospective clients to introduce, promote, and facilitate cross-selling and up-selling of products and services offered by the Company.

Plan, coordinate, and execute mass email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp communications to keep clients informed and engaged with the Company’s offerings.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to marketing initiatives and upselling opportunities. Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage emails and phone calls and other forms of correspondence

Create and update databases and records on customer information and policy data

Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures

Support general office activities, including answering and transferring calls, scanning documents, and performing additional administrative tasks as required.
