Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator/Logistics Supervisor to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in retail logistics, be bilingual in Arabic and English, and possess excellent coordination and supervision skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy and control
- Develop and implement efficient logistics processes and procedures
- Supervise and train warehouse staff
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in retail logistics or a related field
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Strong coordination and supervision skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
