About Us:

Reliable Suite, a leading ERP solutions provider, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven ERP System Sales Representative to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for technology and sales, we want to hear from you!



Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach strategies.
Cold Calling: Proactively contact prospective customers to introduce the Reliable Suite ERP system and schedule product demonstrations.
Field Surveys: Conduct market surveys and gather insights to identify potential business opportunities and understand client needs.
Walk-in Sales: Engage with walk-in clients, effectively present our ERP solutions, and convert inquiries into sales.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a detailed sales pipeline to track leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client-specific requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to execute sales strategies and achieve business goals.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and market feedback.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in ERP system sales or related fields, in Kuwait.
Proven ability to generate leads, conduct cold calls, and close sales deals.
Strong understanding of the sales process, including field surveys and client needs assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
A valid driving license and the ability to travel for client meetings.
Proficiency in the Arabic language is an advantage.
Having a Driving License is a plus.
