Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our manager. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the manager
- Manage and coordinate the manager's schedule
- Make travel arrangements and bookings
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and colleagues
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements:

- Full proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and keep up with a dynamic schedule
- Flexible and dynamic personality with adaptability to various work environments
