Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our fintech company team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in production management, preferably in a finance or online payment solution company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Implement and monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Manage and analyze production data, providing insights for business growth
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Production Manager in a finance or online payment solution company
- Strong understanding of fintech operations and production processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
