Company: CAPSAICIN Kuwait Food Group – A leading HoReCa-based food manufacturer in Kuwait

Position: F&B Salesperson (Outdoor Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage in outdoor sales to build and maintain relationships with HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses).

Promote and sell our range of high-quality food products to B2B clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities.

Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and manage client accounts.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.


Requirements:

Proven experience in F&B sales, preferably in the HoReCa sector in Kuwait.

Strong knowledge of HoReCa business operations and client needs.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Valid Kuwaiti driving license and own car preferred.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Must be based in Kuwait and ready to join immediately.
