Description

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. Candidate will interact with employees at all levels and may assist the implementation of new systems or updates both on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain organization's computer equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct repairs, upgrades, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assess and mitigate cyber security risks.
- Maintaining an asset database and inventory of IT equipment
- Knowledge in CCTV configuration and troubleshooting is a major plus.
- Support IT-related projects and initiatives as needed.
