Position :


PROCUREMENT OFFICER.


a) Manage and coordinate the procurement process for materials, supplies, and services according to organizational policies and project requirements.


b) Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.


c) Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.


d) Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for all procurement activities.


e) Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery, handling any issues related to delays, shortages or quality concerns.


f) Develop and maintain supplier relationships to secure high-quality materials and services at the most favorable prices.


g) Continuously evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.


h) Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to project sites, ensuring materials are delivered on time and in good condition.


i) Work closely with logistics providers to manage transportation and shipping schedules, costs, and risk mitigation.


j) Monitor and manage import/export procedures to ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations.


k) Manage and coordinate the procurement process for materials, supplies, and services according to organizational policies and project requirements.
