Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Immigration Consultant with 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. As an Immigration Consultant, you will provide expert advice and support to clients seeking immigration solutions for various countries, helping them navigate complex immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consultation to clients on immigration laws and processes.
Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs, including work visas, study permits, family sponsorships, and permanent residency.
Prepare and review immigration applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Assist clients with visa and permit applications, submission, and tracking.
Keep clients informed about changes to immigration laws and policies.
Maintain accurate client records and case files.
Follow up with clients regarding their application status and provide updates.
Respond to client queries via email, phone, and in-person consultations.
Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a related field.
Knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, and application processes (experience with various countries is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with immigration case management software is a plus.
