Key Responsibilities:

* Client Consultation: Guide clients on visa options, eligibility, and immigration processes tailored to their goals.
* Documentation Assistance: Assist in preparing and organizing essential documents for visa applications.
* Application Processing: Submit accurate applications and monitor progress with authorities.
* Compliance Guidance: Ensure clients meet legal and regulatory standards for successful immigration.
* Updates & Communication: Keep clients informed of application status and respond to their queries promptly.
* Research & Knowledge: Stay updated on immigration policies, laws, and market trends.
* Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues or delays, liaising with relevant authorities.

What We’re Looking For:

* Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or a related field (preferred).
* Experience: Prior experience in immigration consultancy, customer service, or advisory is a significant advantage.
* Skills:
1. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Exceptional organizational abilities with a focus on detail.
3. Proficiency in handling documentation.
Languages: Multilingual skills are a bonus, ideal for serving diverse clients.
