Job Vacancy: CDP Pastry / Bakery – Kuwait

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced CDP Pastry / Bakery to join our team for an exciting new opening in Kuwait. If you are passionate about the pastry and bakery industry and meet the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the preparation and production of high-quality pastries and baked goods.
Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery/pastry area.
Supervise and mentor junior pastry/bakery staff as required.
Ensure consistency and quality in all baked items produced.
Follow the company's operational standards and recipes.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience working in Kuwait in a pastry/bakery role.
Proven track record of productivity and achieving set goals.
Strong knowledge of bakery operations and standards.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
Must be a team player, with the ability to take direction and follow company standards.
