Responsibilities:

- oversee the nursing department for home care, directly managing the nursing staff, caregivers and ensuring they follow all procedures and medical best practices.
- will serve as the primary point of communication between the nurses, caregivers, administration, other healthcare professions and the CEO.
- will manage the schedules of her/his department.

Qualifications:

- leadership skills to ensure their nursing staff and caregivers perform their jobs correctly and safely.
- Strong organizational skills in coordinating, monitoring nurse & caregiver' staffs and managing patient records.
- Ability to multi-task and resolved conflicts
