Urgently Hiring Pre-Qualification Coordinator
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintains and updates the Bidders’ List and initiate per-qualification activities with end user
• Receives the tenders and related correspondence and acknowledges the receipt wherever required
• Provides administrative support to the tender opening committee, Finance and the end user to effectively open and evaluate the tenders on financial and technical parameters
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelors’ degree
• 2 + years design experience working KOC & KNPC Prequalification submittals
• Experience to manage contractors and suppliers through prequalification, tendering, contracting and regular monitoring and to create guidelines that govern the same.
• Good Communication skills
• Ready to Join Immediately
• Transferable visa
