🌟 Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze and manage costs for food, beverage, and operations.
-Perform detailed menu engineering to maximize profitability.
-Develop accurate cost analyses and pricing strategies for menu items.
-Monitor inventory, procurement, and wastage to ensure cost efficiency.
-Collaborate with chefs and operations to streamline cost controls.
-Prepare regular reports on cost performance and recommend improvements.

✅ Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Cost Accountant, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
-Strong knowledge of menu engineering and recipe costing.
-Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Holder of Kuwait visa 18 (transferable)
