Role Overview:
As an IT Tech Support Specialist, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless IT operations for our organization. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT systems and technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma / bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in IT support or a related role.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
o Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, troubleshooting tools, and remote desktop applications.
o Familiarity with networking concepts and devices (e.g., routers, switches).
o Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Preferred: Candidates with a valid driving license and car.
• Visa Requirement: 18 transferable visa and ready to join immediately.
