Seeking an experienced Female HR to join our exterior paint company team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, specifically in the paint, building materials, construction, or interior designing industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, training, and development programs
- Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in paint, building materials, construction, or interior designing companies
- Female candidate only
- Arab nationality only
- Must have a valid driving license
- Excellent communication skills
