Job Scope:
The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and tracking new business opportunities within the engineering contracting industry. The role requires building relationships with potential clients, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts and creating revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:

-Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.
-Generate leads through networking, attending industry events and outreach.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand project requirements.
-Develop comprehensive proposals, including scope of work, timelines and pricing in collaboration with technical teams.
-Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable projects in alignment with company goals.
-Deliver presentations to showcase the company’s capabilities and value proposition.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
-Track the sales pipeline, qualify leads and forecast potential revenue.
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
-Proven experience in business development within the engineering contracting industry.
-Strong technical knowledge of engineering design, construction methods and project management.
-Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
-Strong networking abilities and market awareness
-Proficiency in CRM systems to manage client data and the sales pipeline.
-Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
