We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to join our team in Kuwait. If you’re passionate about leadership and technical excellence, this role is for you!
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with atleast 10 years of Inspection experience with Third Party Inspection Company or work in QA/QC Supervisory position in large Oil & Gas projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Added Advantage: Certification in Welding, Coating, and API.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain Business Strategies, Company Policies, and Procedures.
Well-versed in Inspection, Coordination, Expediting, Inspection Report Reviews, and resolving technical queries with effective communication.
Organize and oversee inspections during service, erection, and fabrication of equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and shop-fabricated Piping.
Control cash-flow process and subcontract management
Build and manage a technically competent team of inspection personnel and support staff.
Prequalify the company with potential clients, (End Users, EPCs and Construction Contractors)
