*Job Description:*
We are seeking a skilled eCommerce and Dropshipping Specialist with extensive knowledge of the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing eCommerce businesses, particularly in the dropshipping model, and possess a deep understanding of the Amazon seller central interface.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Managing and optimizing dropshipping operations, including product sourcing and supplier management.
- Analyzing Amazon analytics and sales data to improve performance and drive growth.
- Ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and staying up-to-date with platform changes.
- Managing customer service, including handling returns and addressing customer inquiries.
- Coordinating marketing and promotional strategies for Amazon.

*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in eCommerce, with a focus on Amazon and dropshipping.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including listing creation, inventory management, and account optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or similar software for market research and product analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving marketplace.

*Preferred:*
- Experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon).
- Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns on Amazon (e.g., Amazon PPC).
