About Us:

Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and FMCG sales, with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the Horeca industry
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Horeca industry
- Proven experience in B2B and FMCG sales
- Strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market and Horeca industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Indian nationality preferred
- Ahli Visa 18 holder
