A leading IT company in Kuwait, specializing in IT hardware, software, and security solutions, is looking for an experienced IT Sales & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage sales, purchasing, and marketing operations.
✅ Develop and execute strategies to expand IT sales and B2B partnerships.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
✅ Identify new business opportunities in IT hardware, software, and security solutions.
✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and team performance.

Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales and operations.
✔️ Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and security services.
✔️ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
✔️ Valid Kuwaiti driving license & own car (mandatory).
✔️ Ability to work independently and drive business success.
