Hi,

One of our clients in Kuwait looking to hire Sr. Accountant experienced in restaurant / hotels.

Salary - 300 to 350 KD + free accommodation and transport

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring all invoices, sales, and all related data to keep accounting information
up to date.
2. Monitoring daily cash closing to ensure compliance with the POS reports.
3. Reconciliation of cash, client credit, discounts, credit cards and restaurant
vouchers to ensure accuracy of related data.
4. Suppliers’ accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy between statements.
5. Reconciliation and reporting.
6. Complying 100% with the company policies, processes & procedures.
7. Prepare suppliers’ payments after reconciliation as per the due dates.
8. Prepares payroll cash payments before the 4th of each month.
9. Reports:
10. Weekly cash overage and shortage, issued checks, wastage sales and inventory
and offer to third parties.
11. Monthly P&L compared to budget.
12. Assists in Budget preparation.
13. Budget monitoring when preparing payments.
14. Undertake any other responsibility assigned by his/her Direct Supervisor.
