Job Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
Cost & Expense Control:

Analyze sales-related expenses such as promotions and commissions, ensuring effective cost control and expense tracking.
Monitor product margins and sales profitability, providing insights for business improvement.
Data Analysis & Budgeting:

Integrate sales and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
Support the budgeting process by preparing forecasts and variance analysis reports.
Internal Controls & Risk Management:

Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures that align with sales operations.
Identify financial risks (e.g., receivables and inventory risks) and recommend mitigation strategies.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial data flow and informed decision-making.
Communicate complex financial concepts in an accessible manner to non-financial team members.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar finance role, preferably within a sales-driven environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in financial software or ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
