• With experience as DCDP Butcher position.
• Central Kitchen experience is an advantage.

HR Officer
Responsibilities & Duties
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Implement effective onboarding plans
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Effectively coordinate and conduct all payroll and HR administrative activities.
• Support with timely updates and calculations related to payroll elements viz., Attendance, Overtime, leaves, provision.
• Compile, verify and run the monthly staff payroll and resolve all employee issues related to payroll to ensure that all employees are paid on time.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or similar; Accredited HR Certification / MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 2+ years’ proven experience in Employee Relations / Human Resources Management.
• Proven successful experience in building and maintaining strong and effective working relationships.
• Updated knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, Residency, and Government documentations and processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge in Menaitech and ERP is an advantage.
• Strong action orientation and initiative, balanced with the ability to work within policies and priorities.
• Understanding of filing and archiving systems, workflow systems and processes.
• Extensive knowledge of best HR practices.

• ⁠Knowledgable in Cybersecurity
• ⁠Fortinet & Sohpos Firewall
• ⁠Avaya Call Center
• ⁠Odoo System
• ⁠NAS -Synology
• IT Asset Management
• ⁠IT Invoices & Supplier
• ⁠Network Troubleshooting

MARKETING MANAGER (Will handle Kuwait & KSA)
Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies.
• Market Research & Analysis.
• Content Creation & Strategy.
• Campaign Management.
• Digital Marketing Expertise.
• Brand Management: Ensure the consistency and quality of the company’s brand messaging and positioning.
• Reporting & Analytics.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Prefer Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience (typically 5+ years).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative thinking and a strong eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
• Project management skills to handle multiple brands.
