Position Open: Document Controller
Number of Vacancy: 1
Job Location: Sharq, Kuwait City, Kuwait
Additional Job Locations: May be assigned to visit other project locations within Kuwait

Job Responsibilities:
•Catalog, Manage, and Organize Project and Company Documents,
•Provide Managers, Engineers, and Project Personnel with requested documents
•Maintain Repository of Short-term or long-term storage of documents to facilitate easy retrieval
•Update and follow-up project Managers and Engineers regarding status of submittals
•Manage, Control, Organize, and Safeguard digital files
•Manage, Control, Organize, and safeguard physical files

Mandatory Qualifications:
•At least 1 year experience as Document Controller in Oil & Gas, US Army Projects, or related industries
•Must be able to join within 2 months
•Must already have a valid transferrable Kuwait Residence Permit

Skill Qualifications:
•Business and Technical English related to construction and contracts
•Advanced Microsoft Excel ability
•Knowledge in Database softwares such as Microsoft Access
•Knowledge in Managing and Organizing Databases

Other Advantageous qualifications (but not required):
•Knowledge of FTP and cloud data services
•Arabic Language Skill

Compensation:
•Salary: KD 350
•Transportation Allowance
•Communication Allowance
•Paid Annual Vacation Leave (eligible after 9 months)
