We are looking for a dependable and proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our restaurant''s equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Technician will handle maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and other restaurant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform regular maintenance on kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more.
2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with restaurant equipment.
3. Monitor and maintain HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable environment for customers and staff.
4. Conduct plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining restroom facilities.
5. Inspect and maintain lighting, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure.
6. Respond to maintenance requests and urgent repairs promptly, minimizing downtime.
6. Perform preventative maintenance
