3. *Software Skills*: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
4. *Creative and Technical Skills*: Strong skills in designing outdoor spaces.
5. *Plant Knowledge*: Understanding of plant species (preferred).
6. *Irrigation and Sustainability*: Understanding of irrigation systems and sustainable design principles.
7. *Communication Skills*: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. *Work Environment*: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
