A Leading Trading & Decorating Co. is looking for a Sr. HR Officer immediate joining

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
•Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring HR policies are followed.
* Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on career development.
• Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
* Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

* Support organizational change initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement
* Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
