Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Cold Calling & Backend Operations Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines cold calling to potential clients and supporting backend operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with the ability to generate leads and also assist with operational support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services, generate interest, and schedule meetings.
Qualify leads through effective questioning and rapport building.
Overcome objections and convert leads into meaningful prospects.
Maintain accurate call and CRM records, updating client information as necessary.
Follow up with leads, ensuring consistent communication and nurturing through the sales pipeline.
Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

Qualifications:

Freshers Can Apply
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a sales-related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
