Description

Responsibilities:

• Define, design and develop analytic solutions to improve optimization and mitigate risks.
• Conduct market research to study the economic conditions, market trends (local and regional) and competitor analysis. Collect and analyze local market trends in the real estate sector and provide recommendations to improve tenancy mix and potential new investors (Business Tower and Luxury Center).
• Apply timely, accurate and consistent understanding of risk across the organization to predict and gauge the operational and market risks.
• Combine data from multiple sources to direct the business strategy of the company.
• Conduct feasibility study for new business opportunities and accordingly advise the management for action to be taken.
• Prepare monthly presentations and reports for the management to review and provide corrective actions related to business operations

Candidate Profile:
• Requirement open for all Nationals.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as Financial Analyst
• Preferred Knowledge of IFRS, ICWA, CMA, CFA or related certifications
• Using powerful analytical software and application to prepare reports and evaluate outcomes.
