Description

Responsibilities:

• Verify, update, and classify incoming hardware with purchase orders, invoices, and
accounts.
• Process Goods Receiving Vouchers (GRV), maintain records, and coordinate with
finance.
• Issue hardware based on customer/project requests, update records, and approve
store requests.
• Manage 4/5G SIM inventory, track activations, cancellations, and generate reports.
• Conduct stock checks, maintain reorder levels, and prepare inventory and asset
reports.
• Coordinate logistics, prepare shipping documents, track shipments, and verify billing.
• Process RMAs, manage supplier statements, and ensure efficient inventory operations.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, Business
Administration or Certification of related
field.
• Basic understanding of Inventory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to
detail.
• Good communication, Logistics
Knowledge and organizational abilities
