Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to management.
Handle scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams efficiently.
Maintain organized records and ensure smooth office operations.
Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or higher; additional training in administration is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in wholesale or textile industries.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Language: Fluency in Arabic is required; basic English is a plus.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
