Description

Key Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and procure mechanical and electrical items from suppliers in the Kuwait market.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on market trends.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for efficient inventory management.
Resolve any issues related to procurement, delivery, or quality of materials.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar role, preferably in the mechanical and electrical items sector.
Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market and local suppliers.
