Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Arabic (reading & writing)
• Ability to maintain daily accounts and records
• Experience in tracking visa and gate pass applications, renewals, and expirations
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Managing office documents and files efficiently
• Keeping track of financial records and basic accounting tasks
• Monitoring and renewing visas, gate passes, and related documents
• Assisting in day-to-day office administration tasks
