We are seeking Full-time a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with expertise in wood/joinery and system furniture to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our projects department, you will be responsible for accurately assessing the costs and requirements for a range of woodwork and system furniture projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for wood/joinery and system furniture projects
• Work closely with project managers and design teams to assess materials, labor, and time requirements
• Review and analyze architectural drawings and specifications to create precise estimates
• Source and evaluate materials, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
• Provide cost breakdowns and justifications to clients and stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets and offer cost-saving solutions where possible
• Collaborate with site teams and suppliers to ensure seamless execution

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Estimator in wood/joinery and system furniture sectors
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and costing techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in estimates
• Proficient in estimating software and tools (e.g., Excel, specialist estimating programs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A background in carpentry, joinery, or furniture manufacturing is a plus
