𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
* 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Handle daily tasks including shop drawings and facade design, ensuring all project-specific requirements for design, quality, and performance are met.
* 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: Utilize AutoCAD 2D/3D, Logikal, BIM, and Revit to create detailed, accurate designs and support technical aspects of projects.
* 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Work closely with both internal teams and external to align project goals and design specifications.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
* 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum of 5 years in designing international aluminum systems, curtain walls, doors, and windows.
* Prefer he works before in GCC
* 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Strong command over facade design-related software and an excellent understanding of the fabrication and installation processes.
* 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱: Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively.
