We're seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst with an IT background to join our team! As a key member of our procurement function, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic sourcing and category management. The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for managing Purchase Orders, utilising Analytical Skills, conducting Contract Negotiation, and maintaining effective Communication in procurement activities.

Responsibilities:đź’Ľ
đź“ŤDevelop and maintain procurement reports, dashes, and analytics for IT category spend

đź“ŤCollaborate with IT stakeholders to design and implement procurement strategies

đź“ŤAnalyze market trends and supplier performance to inform IT procurement decisions

đź“ŤContribute to the development and maintenance of our Procurement Center of Excellence

đź“ŤIdentify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in IT procurement

Requirements:đź“—
đź’ˇ6+ years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a focus on IT category

đź’ˇStrong understanding of IT procurement principles, practices, and technologies

đź’ˇProven expertise in procurement reporting, analytics, and category management

đź’ˇExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills

đź’ˇExperience working with procurement systems and software, such as ERP and e-sourcing platforms
