1. Project Management Specialist:
Continuously analyze the Corporate Information Technology Group''s (Group) needs in terms of project management standardization and control.
Identify and implement the most suitable project management solutions for the Group.
Improve the overall project management practice within the Group.
Manage and complete assigned projects successfully.
Communicate on regular basis with the Group''s project managers; for promoting professional project management culture.
Document any project management adopted standards or frameworks, and conduct relevant orientation and training sessions.
Act as a consultant for the Group management regarding project management matters.
Qualification:
University Degree in any Engineering discipline. Professional project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2).
Minimum Experience Requirement in Years:
a) 10+ years of project management experience with a proven success record.
b) 5+ years of experience in IT solutions'' consultation preferable.
c) Excellent verbal & written business communication skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
2. Business System Analyst (Specialist)
• Identify and analyze IT project needs, determine hardware resources needed to meet objectives.
• Analyze the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Analyze technology industry and market trends, and determine their potential impact on the enterprise, Evaluation of fair market pricing of the existing infrastructure components
• Design and prepare RFPs for the hardware infrastructure solutions considering the optimal performance, cost effective solutions to the Company.
Consultation on application or infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to the technical architecture and identify when it is necessary to modify the technical architecture to accommodate project needs.
Evaluate multi-vendors technologies Enterprise level hardware (Servers, Storage), IT Operations management software solution and different IT technologies.
Qualification: University Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ any Engineering discipline.
Minimum Experience Requirement in Years:
15+ years of overall IT experience.
3. Senior Business Intelligent Architect:
Provide expert technical leadership for the development of strategic directions for IT architecture, standards, principles and best practices and guide related initiatives, projects and services by:
a. Advising the IT Management team and the respective team leader regarding the direction of existing and potential solutions, emerging technologies and those which the organization should pursue and/or adopt.
b. Assessing business/technical feasibility and impacts on future and current systems, recommending solutions and priorities, and determining and coordinating resource requirements.
c. Overseeing strategic annual architecture plans; working with other units, jurisdictions and service delivery agencies to facilitate the exchange of information.
d. Participating in the preparing of IT plans and budgets for the respective team.
Provide guidance to delivery initiatives, by: Contributing to the definition, implementation and governance of enterprise IS/IM and architecture plans, policies and standards to guide the development, integration, implementation and maintenance of KOC''s various infrastructures and systems.
e. Reviewing initiative and project documentation throughout their life cycle to report on their status to the Enterprise Architecture Unit and ensure compliance with IT standards and principles.
f. Providing advice regarding interpretation of, and amendments to, KOC IT development policies and procedures.
g. Providing advice to business regarding technology risk assessments, problem resolution and project issues.
h. Carry out other related tasks, which are instructed by the Company.
Qualification: University Degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/Electronics & Communication Engineering or related Engineering Disciplines.
- TOGAF Certified.
Minimum Experience Requirement in Years:
- 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as Business Architect in Oil & Gas industry.
- 5+ years of Business Architecture experience with strong working knowledge of business architecture best practices, methods and models (e.g., BPMN).
- Expert on Business modeling, Business Process Design, Role Design, Organization Design,
Architecture Principles Design, Architecture Views & Viewpoints Design, Building Block Design, Solutions modeling, Benefits Analysis mid Business Interworking.
- Knowledge of Data Design, Application Design, Systems Integration, IT Industry Standards, Service Design, Systems Behavior and Project Management .
- Expertise in developing business architecture strategies based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations.
- Experience in capturing the relationships among roles, capabilities and business units, the decomposition of those business units into subunits, and the internal or external management of those units.
- Proven experience working with stakeholders to build up architecture framework that supports processes, strategy, and IT assets with business targets.
Strong expertise in creating guidelines and best practices for developing, selecting, and implementing information systems within enterprise.
- Interaction with developers, project managers and focus groups to minimize expenditure, avoid redundancy, and improve overall synergy within organization.
