IT Technician part time

-Willingness to work hard, strength for purpose
-On field Service and Support for hardware and software Problems
-Workshop support for assembling, upgrading, and troubleshooting pc’s
-Assembling, upgrading computer system.
• Supporting End Users for hardware & software problems
• SCCM Remote Desktop Services and Team Viewer Support
-Configure and Update Microsoft Office Outlook 2003/2007/2010/ office365
-Execute allotted work within the specified deadlines and maintain records of daily tasks
-Provide Desktop/ Laptop installations, upgrade and maintenance including installation and upgrade of current office applications, operating system, anti-virus software, conducting file backups, etc.
-Set up and configure desktop computers, peripherals and user accounts, assigning security levels, network access, etc.
-Install new hardware and equipment including (printers, Laptops, LCDs…etc.) as and when required by the client.
-Joining computers to domain and configuring user email
-Troubleshooting & configuration of Network Printers and scanners.
