Helpdesk Operator required
- KWD 300/- monthly total package

-Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-line technical support for issues via phone, email, or chat.
2. Document and track all support requests in the helpdesk system.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department.

-Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role (1-2 years preferred).
2. Strong communication skills
3. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
4. Knowledge of common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
