Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated individual for Key Sales and Front Desk management with an aptitude for sales to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role by performing various Sales and Administrative tasks. You should be comfortable in undertaking a variety of activities primarily sales to key customers, office related admin tasks, organizing and delivering documents, basic bookkeeping, and more.
Mandatory Key duties:
•Lead regular sales with key customers.
•Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
•Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
•Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their feedback.
•Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
•Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
•Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
•Manage customer deliverables including course certificates ID cards etc.

Requirements and Skills:
•Proven experience in customer management and sales.
•Proficiency in English
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office
•Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
•Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
•Fast learner and passion for sales
•Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
•Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree/Diploma.
•Proven record of successful deals closed.
•Sense of ownership with pride in performance and understanding of its impact on company’s success.
