## Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer care position
- Age: 25-35 years old
- Arab nationality
- Proven experience in courier and logistics industry
- Visa type: 18 (Ahli)
- Immediate joining required

## Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer complaints
- Process customer requests, such as tracking and delivery updates
- Collaborate with operations team to resolve delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
