## About Us:
We are a leading Fin-Tech company in Kuwait, seeking an experienced Operation Head to join our team.

## Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management
- Arab nationality
- Proven experience in running a team and managing different departments (sales, support, etc.)
- Ability to handle pressure, employees, and merchants
- Strong knowledge of compliance, legal, support, and technical issues
- Experience in Fin-Tech or banking is preferred
- Visa type: 18 (Ahli)
- Immediate joining required

## Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the company
- Lead and manage a team of employees across different departments
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage relationships with merchants and stakeholders
- Resolve technical, support, and operational issues
