Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, and a strong proficiency in MS Office applications. As an Office Secretary, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications
•Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Assist with filing, record keeping, and general office organization
•Provide customer service and answer inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees

Qualifications:
•Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
•Proven experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•High attention to detail and accuracy
•Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is a plus
