Looking for hvac technician with driving license. Salary 200-300 Kuwaiti Dinar

1. Should be able to work on these Types of AC Systems in Kuwait

• Window AC – Compact and easy to install, used in small rooms.
• Split AC – Wall-mounted units with an outdoor condenser, popular for homes and offices.
• Central AC – Ideal for large buildings, distributing cool air through ducts
• Ducted Split AC – Similar to central AC but suitable for villas and apartments.
• Cassette AC – Ceiling-mounted unit, often used in commercial spaces.
• VRF/VRV System – Advanced system for energy efficiency, used in large buildings
• Chiller System – Used in commercial and industrial applications for cooling large spaces.
• Package AC – A self-contained unit for medium-sized commercial spaces.

2. Should be able to perform these AC Services

• Installation Service – Setting up new AC units with proper connections.
• Preventive Maintenance – Regular check-ups to ensure the system runs efficiently.
• Deep Cleaning Service – Cleaning filters, coils, and ducts to improve air quality
• Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) – Year-round service contracts for uninterrupted cooling.
• Gas Refilling – Checking and refilling refrigerant gas for proper cooling.
• Duct Cleaning & Disinfection – Removing dust and bacteria for healthy air circulation.
• Thermostat Calibration – Ensuring accurate temperature control.
• Energy Efficiency Audits – Assessing power consumption to optimize performance.

3. Should be able to do following AC Repairs

• Compressor Repair/Replacement – Fixing or replacing a faulty compressor.
• Cooling Coil Repair – Repairing leaks or damage in the evaporator coil.
• Fan Motor Repair – Fixing the indoor or outdoor fan motor.
• Refrigerant Leak Repair – Identifying and sealing gas leaks.
• Thermostat Issues – Repairing or replacing faulty thermostats.
• Electrical Component Repair – Fixing wiring, capacitors, and circuit boards.
• Ductwork Repair – Fixing leaks or blockages in ducts.
• Drainage Problems – Unclogging condensate drain lines.
• Noisy Operation Repair – Fixing issues causing unusual noises.
• Sensor & Control Panel Repair – Addressing automation and remote control failures.
