Job description

• Receiving maintenance request from customers
• Preparation of the daily schedule.
• Preparing quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoice for the parts
• Follow up with the submitted offers
• Follow up on payments progress for orders
• Will be in direct connection with the suppliers for prices, shipping and delivery of orders
• Will be in direct connection with all the related parties locally for the customs clearance of the goods.
