Hiring: Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
Assist with student check-ins, check-outs, and attendance tracking.
Maintain and update student records and contact information.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about club programs.
Coordinate schedules for parents' visits in collaboration with supervisors.
Work effectively with children aged 8 to 16 years.

Requirements:
Graduation in any field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with children and parents.
Proficiency in speaking and reading both Arabic and English.
Must be residing in Kuwait and have a transferable visa.

Timing:
Sunday to Thursday: 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Saturday: 2 hours
